Refund and Returns Policy

At KK PRODUCTS & FOLAS LTD, we aim to provide high-quality products and reliable service. Please read this Returns & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

✅ Returns Period

All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
Requests made after 30 days may not be eligible for a refund.

✅ Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must be:

Unused

In original condition

In original packaging

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item shows signs of use, installation, damage, or improper handling. All returns are inspected upon arrival at our warehouse.

✅ Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from all approved refunds.
This covers inspection, handling, repackaging, and administrative costs.

✅ Return Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning goods, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Because many of our products are large and heavy, return shipping is not included in the original purchase price.

If required, KK PRODUCTS & FOLAS LTD can arrange a courier collection on your behalf, and the collection cost will either be charged separately or deducted from your refund.

✅ Courier & Delivery Responsibility

Courier companies operate as independent third-party service providers.

While we dispatch orders promptly and assist in chasing delayed shipments, delays, loss, or damage during transit are outside of our direct control and remain the responsibility of the courier once the parcel has been collected.

✅ Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos.

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

✅ Refund Processing

Refunds are processed only after the returned goods have been received and inspected at our warehouse.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

✅ Non-Returnable Items

Special-order items

Clearance items

Installed or used products
